I’m a producer, composer, and multi-instrumentalist in guitar, piano, and bass. My musical journey began at age 7 with classical piano, where my first piano teacher introduced me to music theory, harmony, notation, and composers like Bach, Chopin, and Schumann.
At 8, I picked up the electric guitar and was fortunate to study with a virtuosic blues guitarist. He exposed me to improvisation, blues phrasing, and harmonic concepts. During my teenage years, I immersed myself in rock and metal music, dedicating time to studying technical proficiency and stylistic vocabulary.
A high school summer jazz workshop shifted my focus to jazz improvisation and composition. I met an exceptional jazz guitarist (and Berklee alumnus) whose playing and mentorship influenced me a lot. I dedicated myself to mastering jazz vocabulary.
After high school, I was accepted into the jazz department at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice, Poland, where I studied jazz guitar performance, improvisation, piano, and harmony. It was also where I got my first experience with music production and recording.
I continued my education at Berklee College of Music in Boston, where I devoted my first two semesters to deepening my skills in jazz performance and guitar. As my studies progressed, I expanded my focus to include music production, engaging deeply with recording, mixing, and the technical and creative aspects of studio work.
Today I dedicate my time between producing and teaching. As a producer, mixer and composer, I believe that the best music is created by refining and expressing the artist’s vision and unique voice. As a teacher, I am committed to helping students master the technical fundamentals, while nurturing their creativity in composition and songwriting.
